Dr. Siegal is a TPA/g certified optometrist, authorized to treat glaucoma by the New Hampshire Board of Registration in Optometry. In addition, Dr. Siegal provides comprehensive primary eye care services, cataract surgery post-operative care, diabetic eye care and treatment of many other eye conditions such as blepharitis, conjunctivitis, and iritis.
Dr. Siegal attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. During his undergraduate years, Dr. Siegal was actively involved in Neighborhood Youth Corps, counseling and training underprivileged youth. While attending the University of Massachusetts, Dr. Siegal received accelerated admission to The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA.
Dr. Siegal received both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from The New England College of Optometry in 1982. He completed internships at both the Brighton Marine Public Health Hospital in Brighton, MA and the Great Brook Valley Health Center in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Siegal joined The Medical Eye Center in 2001. Prior to that, he was in private practice in Manchester since 1993.
Dr. Siegal was a charter member of the American Optometric Association Contact Lens Section. He is a member of the New Hampshire Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Siegal is licensed to practice optometry in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Dr. Siegal has been in practice since 1982, during which time he has received numerous awards for patient care and satisfaction. He has been a past recipient of the Patient Satisfaction Award, in recognition of his commitment, effort, and excellence of care in the northeast region. Dr. Siegal has also been named four times as one of the “Top Doctors” in the state of New Hampshire (as selected by physicians) by New Hampshire Magazine.
Dr. Siegal is licensed to practice optometry in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Dr. Siegal and his family live in Chelmsford, MA.
